COMPETITOR AGREEMENT

Entering the Aelthorin arena establishes your acceptance of these competition terms. Continued participation within our championship confirms your agreement to honor all rules inscribed within this document. Competitors unwilling to accept these terms should exit the arena immediately.

ARENA CLASSIFICATION

Aelthorin operates as a complimentary social casino arena offering entertainment through sports-themed slot games. All activities within our championship utilize virtual points with no exchangeable value. No pathway exists for converting virtual victories into real currency. Our arena exists purely for recreational competition and entertainment.

COMPETITOR REQUIREMENTS

Entry to the Aelthorin arena is granted only to competitors who have reached eighteen years of age. This age requirement remains constant across all territories. Arena officials implement verification measures to uphold this standard and maintain authority to bar entry when age confirmation proves insufficient.

EXPECTED SPORTSMANSHIP

All competitors within Aelthorin shall conduct themselves with honor and fair play. Attempts to manipulate game algorithms, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disturb other competitors' experiences violate arena rules. Honest engagement with our games in the spirit of fair competition is expected from all participants.

VIRTUAL TROPHY POLICY

Points, credits, and rewards accumulated during your competition at Aelthorin represent virtual trophies without real-world value. These digital items exist exclusively within our entertainment arena and cannot be exchanged, sold, or converted into currency, goods, or services of any kind. Trophy balances may be adjusted by officials without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Aelthorin arena, encompassing games, visual designs, written materials, and technical systems, constitutes protected intellectual property. Competitors receive limited permission to access these materials for personal entertainment. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of arena content is expressly forbidden.

ARENA AVAILABILITY

While Aelthorin endeavors to keep our arena open at all times, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Arena modifications, maintenance, or temporary closure may occur at management's discretion. We assume no responsibility for inconveniences arising from service changes or limited availability.

LIABILITY BOUNDARIES

Aelthorin provides entertainment on an as-is basis without guarantees of any nature. We accept no liability for damages, direct or consequential, stemming from arena participation. This includes technical malfunctions, data anomalies, or gameplay inconsistencies encountered during competition.

TERMS REVISION

These terms may undergo revision at any time. Updated conditions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued arena participation following modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We encourage periodic review of this document to remain informed of current arena rules.
